Thoughts

Aside from the great look of low profile tires. These dramatically increase handling ability. The lower profile you go, the better the cornering is. The agressive tread has incredible dry weather performance, great wet weather performance, but zero snow/ice performance. Functional directional tread gives immense straightline traction, locking the brakes becomes near impossible, burnouts become very difficult. Take your favorite 35 MPH corner at 90 with these babies! The ZIEX series have like 300 tread wear rating, so they'll last a quite a while.
