Installation was a snap.

Tips

Be very careful when using the spring compressor someone could loose an eye! Please if you have any mechanical ability at all do not pay someone to install those things. I thought about it at first too, but now that I have done it I am so glad I did not pay someone. One other quick note, save some more cash do not buy a spring compressor ($50.00) Pep Boys will rent you one if you leave a refundable deposit.

Thoughts

I like the lowered stance much better. Stock 240s do seem to sit a little high for a sports car. As far as performance goes..whoa! The ride is much stiffer but I would trade that anyday for how well the car handles now. The only thing I was a little unhappy about was the fact that the rear sits slightly lower than the front (or so it would appear). I pulled a tape measure on it and that is not the case but to the eye it is displeasing. To solve that I went down to Pep Boys and bought two pair of coil compressors ($5.00 pair). They are little clamp thingys that wrap around two of the coils and compress them into one. Looks much better, I am all giddy again.

I would suggest that you go and get an alignment IMMEDIATELY!! Do not drive around afterwards.
