Tips

The installation was fairly simple if you have the proper tools. Total installation time took me and another friend (believe me, you'll need a friend's help!) approximately 3 hours. If you don't have have air-tools and are just using floor jacks, then it'll probably take u an extra 2-3 hours. Just remember to clip your ABS sensor back onto it's bracket. And definately put on the factory "rubber sleeve" onto the springs, otherwise the car will keep making "clicking and popping" noises when u drive.

Thoughts

The Eibach Prokit/Prolines are supposed to give a 1.3" drop on the S14's. However, I took a "before and after" measurement. The front end ended up dropping about 2.25" while the back end was about 1.75" (and yes, the car is still level). I didn't expect such a drop, but damn it sure looks good! I've had no problems getting up over curbs and speed bumps so far, and I am also still driving it in winter....so the car isn't THAT LOW. There is virtually no wheel gap left. As for ride quality, under normal driving conditions it rides just like stock springs. However, when u really push the car, there is DEFINATELY an improvement. The car has minimal body roll and feels much more "secure". When I did my installation, I did not install new shocks since my car was only 2 months old. But like many others on the list recommend, change your shocks at the same time. It'll save u a headache later!

Other

Just get them! :)
