I've been wearing the insides of my front tires for years and this replacement bolt for MacPherson strut to spindle gives a +-1 degree of adjustment. I haven't had an alignment done yet but it looks like my front tires are near 0 degrees.

If you don't have the money to purchase a new set of tires every year because the insides are worn then I would buy this for your car.
