Problems

Very easy if you use the pillow ball top mounts as you do not even need a spring compressor.

Tips

Take care not to damage the threads on the bolts that attach the front struts to the steering knuckes, (support the weight of the strut before removing these).

Thoughts

Unbelievable increase in both steering responsiveness and high speed stability. You can adjust the ride height anywhere between stock and -2.2 inches. Quality of the components seems superb and the shocks can be rebuilt/ revalved if you ever need it. Front spring rate is c457 lbs and rear c343 lbs which is stiff! The shocks are valved to cope with this however and I find the ride quite acceptable for road use.

Other

If you're concerned about maximising ride quality, don't fit the rear pillow ball mounts - you can buy the set without them. The stock mounts can be used if you trim the top rubber spring seat insulator to accept the 70mm spring. This gives a much smoother/ quieter ride and I can't detect any loss of feel/control. The front pillow ball mounts do not seem to cause any real harshness problems and greatly improve feedback through the steering wheel.
