Problems
The only problem that I came across was that the gasket that attached to the cat was not included. This wasn't a big problem because I just went to the local muffler shop for a gasket.
Tips
Don't do it alone. With two people it only takes 25 minutes to install. All the hangers worked out perfect and was very easy to hang.
Thoughts
The horsepower increase is great! After 3700 it absolutely pulls away. The GTech says it gave me about 9 horsepower, which isn't too bad. The sound is incredible, it's a nice deep sound that isn't annoying to listen to. The 4 inch tip coming out the back looks fantastic. It has a beveled edge, so it really shines. Unlike other tips, it isn't tapered in towards the muffler, it's just straight back big into the muffler.
Other
I was looking for exhaust for a very long time. A friend of mine told me that this system was great. The price is a bit high, but it is all stainless steel cat back. It is probably the best investment I have ever made...besides the car.

Problems

Nope.

Tips

let the muffler shop do it.

Thoughts

Nice mellow tone. Slight resonance below 3000 rpm. Improved throttle response. No dyno data yet.

Other

I went to a local DynoMax muffler shop and had them bend up some 2.25" tubing from the cat back and install that along with the muffer.
