Problems

No, just bolt on, it uses the factory hangers, but a weld broke about three weeks after installation and the car got real loud with just one muffler but Borla replaced it free of charge since it carries a million mile waranty.

Tips

The usual, spray some WD40 on the old nuts and let it sit a while before trying to loosen them, go out and buy a CAT gasget BEFORE you try to install it and let the exhaust cool before working on it unless you have a problem getting the old nuts off the CAT in which case try loosening them while red hot (like you would with header bolts).

Thoughts

Looks great! the whole thing is T304 stainless steel and the dual tips are polished and look just slightly meaner than stock, it's a larger pipe 2.75" I think so it has less back prussure

Other

The thing sounds RUDE!!!, this is no aluminum coffee can job, it has a deep throaty roar that puts resonator tips to shame, you can listen to the “sounds of Borla” at their web site at: www.borla.com but it sounds tame compared to the real thing, when racing souped up Integra’s with 5 inch tips at stop lights I cream em every time and they sound like Hippo fart trying to keep up. 240sx, Borla Cat Back, Wepon R intake, Eibach Pro springs, KYB AGX adjustable shocks, 16” trispoke polished wheels with Yokohama AVS tires,
