Problems

The hard part of the install was removing the snap ring off the stock shifter.

Tips

Have a can of WD-40 or any other lubricant available. Tools you'll need are: 10mm socket or phillips screwdriver, and snap ring removal tool (I used 2 small screwdrivers to pry it out).

Thoughts

It looks very clean with the shiny, billet aluminum look. Shifts are much shorter and more positive than stock.

Other

John Le of R-Spex in Houston, TX was very impressed when he test drove my car after installing his turbo kit in my car. Now he's wanting to get one. If you have $239 to spare, I'd recommend getting one. Shifting is much more fun now =)!
