Problems
I needed ALL new belts. Many people have said that you can reuse one of the belts, I don't see how. I needed three new ones. Belts are cheap, who cares.... The only problem I ran into that was not mentioned on the FAQ pages was in getting the engine mounted fan off. After removing the four nuts holding it on I had to drive a screwdriver in to seperate the fan from the pulley mounting plate that it attaches to. Be careful to do this evenly all the way around so as not to bend the mount plate for the fan. Also, if changing the crank seal, that thing is pain in the butt to get out. Patience.
Tips
Change your thermostat while you are in there, once the fan is off it only takes a few extra mins.... better than waiting till your 240 overheats a week later like mine did....
Thoughts
I don't think the pulley helped a huge amount on the 0-60 times, but it does make a very noticeable difference in the "fun" factor of driving the car. Car seems more spirited, rev-happy, and a little better in the midrange RPM's, maybe 3-5 thousand. I like it, but like others have said, you like it more and more the more you drive it, at first it is not a huge difference, but it is a subtle and worthwile one.
Other
Mileage increased about 2 mpg. I figure the pulley will pay for itself in about 4-6 months from the increased mileage alone. I got 28.2 miles per gallon on the last tank, I used to only get about 26 mpg.
