Removing "240SX" Lens Between Rear Tail Lights
Question:
Can anyone tell me how to remove the 240SX red plate between the tail lights on my '91 fastback? The FSM just doesn't cover this.
Answer:
If it's like the coupe then there should be gold bolts holding the lens on from the inside of the car. Pull off the plastic covering the back end and take them off with long-noses pliers or a deep socket. There will be some black silicon goop also.. try to preserve it or you may get a leak.
